Visit the Au coeur de la pomme orchard

The Au Coeur de la pomme boutique and vinegar mill are set inside historic barns that were part of a milk farm built in 1856, and once owned by Premier Adélard Godbout.

The vinegar factory is open Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. U-pick is available from early September.

Come and stroll around the site, consulting our historical interpretation panels or picnicking by the river! Upon reservation, we welcome groups for a guided tour of our artisanal vinegar factory.
