Visit the Au coeur de la pomme orchard

The Au Coeur de la pomme boutique and vinegar mill are set inside historic barns that were part of a milk farm built in 1856, and once owned by Premier Adélard Godbout.

The vinegar factory is open Monday to Thursday, 8.30am to 4pm, and the kiosk is open Thursday to Monday, 9am to 5pm. U-pick is available from early September.

Come and stroll around the site, consulting our historical interpretation panels or picnicking by the river! Upon reservation, we welcome groups for a guided tour of our artisanal vinegar factory.
